You say "free test" — what's the actual catch?

There isn't one. We run a simple (not development-intensive) but real test on your store. We give you the full results report, and you keep everything — the data, the insights, the analysis. We do this because the best proof of how we work is you seeing the process on your actual store, not a pitch deck.

How is the program a good return on investment?

Even a "low-end" 3% conversion rate uplift on a $100,000/month store gets the winning test fee back in a single month — then benefits indefinitely. A losing test still means one month closer to success, and critical organizational knowledge.

What happens if your tests don't lead to an improvement?

During the first phase, we'll return your deposit if we don't get a winning test within 3 months. In any case, our tests are not blindly picked — they address actual user pain points, replicate features of high-converting sites, and solve problems identified through real CRO audits. That is not to say that all tests succeed — the industry average is around 33%. Losing tests get you real data about your audience, setting you up for future wins.

How long will it take to see results?

Onboarding takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the phase (initial or full program). On average, stores we've worked with have seen an uplift in 1–2 months. High-traffic stores can reach statistical significance faster, sometimes in 2 weeks. Our program prioritizes changes with a high probability of winning.

My store is already performing well. Why would I need this?

The brands that benefit most from CRO are often stores already doing well — they have the traffic to test quickly, and every percentage point of improvement is worth more at higher revenue. "Already good" is usually where the biggest hidden gains are.

How is this different from hiring a Shopify developer?

Making changes without a structured and comprehensive optimization strategy is how stores accidentally hurt their conversion rate. A developer implements what you tell them to. How will I know that you've improved my revenue?
