CAT SHIELD™Advanced search features
Cat Shield™ wanted to allow customers to easily find the products they were looking for, extending beyond the default search features. We added two new product discovery features. One, a custom VIN decoder that enabled users to search for vehicle parts using their VIN. Two, a custom search form that allowed users to search and filter for products by vehicle information like year, make, and model.
This upgrade resulted in an enhanced user experience, higher customer satisfaction, and a boost in sales.

FILATORI Custom WearUX and Conversion Rate Optimization
Filatori wanted to improve their conversion rate and user experience, especially on mobile devices. Their products are highly customizable clothing items, so each user flow had multiple different steps to completion. We researched their target audience, site analytics and user behavior, audited the state of the website, and came up with a plan to improve it.
After implementing our recommendations, we achieved a higher conversion rate and a significantly more streamlined user experience.
