Custom Label Printing App Development
As MagicBee scaled across multiple countries, efficient order fulfillment became a top priority. To support this growth, we built a custom Shopify app fully integrated with their shipping carrier’s API.
Key features of the solution included:
- Label purchasing directly within Shopify
- Bulk label printing for faster processing of high-volume orders
- Admin extensions that allow staff to generate and manage shipments without ever leaving the Shopify dashboard
This custom tool eliminated time-consuming manual steps, improved operational speed, and gave MagicBee’s team a smoother, more scalable fulfillment workflow as their international presence continues to grow.

Redesign Aligned with Brand Identity
MagicBee's previous site design had started to blend in with competitors and no longer reflected the energy of the brand. Working closely with the marketing team, we led a full redesign rooted in MagicBee’s unique personality and visual direction.
Key elements of the redesign included:
- A clean, minimalist layout that lets the products take center stage
- Large, high-quality product imagery to capture the boldness of the brand
- A look and feel that’s more stylish, distinctive, and on-trend
The result is a visually striking storefront that not only stands out from the competition, but also strengthens the connection between the digital experience and MagicBee’s streetwear identity.


Conversion Rate Optimization
To improve conversions, we focused on clarity and usability across the customer journey—especially on product pages, where key information was missing.
Our CRO improvements included:
- Clear delivery details directly on product pages to reduce uncertainty
- Enhanced filtering, including intuitive color swatches for easier product discovery
- Smarter navigation between product variants, allowing users to easily switch between colors—even though each one is listed as a separate product
With just one round of optimizations, we achieved a 13% increase in conversion rate, turning small UX changes into measurable business growth.


Smart UX & Backend Automation
We delivered targeted UX improvements and backend automations to streamline both customer experience and operations.
Highlights included:
- Size guides and hover-based image swaps on product cards
- A custom store locator for retail discovery
- Automatic product sorting into collections
- Bulk order actions (e.g. COD status updates)
- Custom Facebook feed data integration
These updates made the site faster to use, easier to manage, and ready to scale with the brand’s growth.
