Conversion rate optimization
With a high volume of mobile traffic, the store needed a more streamlined way for customers to view and order products on smaller screens. We focused on optimizing the product page experience to reduce friction and improve conversions.
One of the key improvements was a redesigned product form tailored for mobile users. It made it significantly easier to select cut types and specify quantities.
We also added clear, upfront delivery information—including estimated delivery time, date, and costs—directly on the product page. This gave customers more confidence and transparency before placing an order.
